DEI's Viper alarm systems, among the most common in the United States as of 2010, allow for almost universal programming to work with different car types around the world. These systems, which also features keyless entry and remote start capabilities, allow you to control your alarm wirelessly from up to a couple of hundred feet away. You can complete the programming in just seconds with no previous experience or professional equipment.

Instructions

      Enter your car with your keyless remote, and leave the driver's door open.

      Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ACC" position.

      Press the "Valet" button on your remote once and release. Wait for the horn to chirp one time.

      Press and hold the "Valet" button again, then press and release the button on your remote you would like to program. (Your remote includes buttons to luck and unlock your car, open your trunk and set off your car's panic alarm.)

      Wait for the horn to chirp again, then release the "Valet" button to complete the programming sequence.
