How to Get a Vetala With Maragi From Persona 3

Items you will need
Jack Frost
Chimera or Take-Minakata
Persona 3 is a role-playing game where the player is a high school student who spends his nights fighting shadow creatures in the realm of Tartarus. The player must fuse a variety of personas to fight the shadows. At one point in the game, Elizabeth will ask the player to create a Vetala that possesses the Maragi spell.
Talk to Igor in the Velvet Room.
Fuse a Jack Frost and Chimera together. Alternatively, combine Jack Frost with Take-Minakata.
Check the new persona stats and skills before accepting it. Cancel the synthesis if the Maragi skill is not present.
Repeatedly fuse the Jack Frost and Chimera or Take-Minakata together until you have a Vetala with Maragi in the skill list.
Confirm the fusion.
Tips
Save before attempting to fuse persona together. You can reload your save if you accidentally accept a persona fusion you do not want.
