Vehicles models such as the Vehicles are sold in many countries around the world. The clock in some recent models of Vehicles is located within the stereo and appears on a digital display set in the dashboard. You might need to reset the time if you drive into a new time zone or if the clock displays an incorrect time.

Locate the "HR" or "Min" buttons on the audio system panel of your Pontiac Grand Am.

Press and hold the "HR" or "Min" button for two seconds, or until you hear a beep indicating that you have entered the time-setting mode.

Press the "HR" button to adjust the hours place digits to the desired hour.

Press the "Min" button to adjust the minutes place digits to the correct time.

Setting the Clock Without Navigation

Press and hold the “Sound” button on the radio until you hear a beep and the time on the radio starts blinking. Press and hold the preset button “4” until you reach the desired hour, then release the button. Press and hold the preset button “5” until you reach the desired minute setting, then release the button. Press and release the “Sound” button to confirm your entry.

Setting the Clock With Navigation

Press the “Set-up” button on the GPS screen. Press “4” in the “Set-up Screen” menu, then press the “Time Zone/Clock” button. Toggle the “Auto Daylight Savings Time” and “Auto Time Zone by GPS” options to “Off” to allow you to manually adjust the time without the GPS resetting it. Press the “+” or “-“ buttons next to the “Hour” and “Minute” on the bottom of the screen to adjust the time to the time you desire.

Press and hold the "MODE" button until "ILL" appears on the clock display.

Press and release the "MODE" button.

Press the down arrow button to adjust the hours.

Press the up arrow button to adjust the minutes.

Press the "Reset" button to round to the nearest hour.

Press the "MODE" button when the clock settings are correct. The adjusted time is saved.

Switch the stereo on by pressing the "PWR" button.

Press and hold down the "Tune" button for two seconds or more. The stereo will enter "Function Set Up Mode."

Turn the tune switch left or right until "CT OFF" is shown.

Press and hold the "Clock" button until the clock display starts to flash.

Repeatedly press the "1 RPT" button to change the hour.

Repeatedly press the "2 RDM" button to change the minutes.

Press the "3" button to round the minutes to the nearest hour. For example, 12:29 becomes 12:00 but 12:31 becomes 1:00.

Press the "DISP" button when you are finished to confirm the time and exit "Function Set Up Mode."
