How Do I Remove the Rear Tire on Vehicles

by Contributing WriterUpdated June 12, 2017

Punctures, dry rot and extreme wear are the main causes necessitating the removal of a rear tire from a Vehicles cruiser motorcycle. While the procedure to remove the tire from the Vehicles wheel is fairly straightforward, removing the wheel itself can present a problem Vehicles a mechanic who is unfamiliar with the workings of a shaft-driven motorcycle. Unlike the system used by a chain-driven motorcycle, a shaft-drive uses a splined mechanism to turn the rear wheel, allowing the wheel to be pulled off the splines and making the task easier to accomplish than it would appear.
