Instructions

    • 1

Press the main power switch if the Konica Minolta copier doesn't start up. There is also a Sub Power switch on the copiers. Look for it and turn it on, too.

    • 2

Close the machine's doors and verify that there's paper in the trays if the copying doesn't start after pressing the "Start" button. The machines won't operate if doors are open.

    • 3

Press the button marked "Dark" on the control panel if the printed output is too light. Don't use damp paper. Damp paper can also provide overly light or fuzzy images. Replace the paper.

    • 4

Set the copy density lighter by pressing the button marked "Light" if the output is too dark. You could also try positioning the original document so that it's pressed closely against the glass if it isn't already. Poor paper positioning can cause dark output.

    • 5

Remove any document jams if the paper isn't feeding properly through the Konica Minolta copier. Open all the doors and look for further jams if the copier won't feed after clearing a jam. Pull paper caught in document jams in the direction the paper was traveling.
