How to Make Scroll Wedding Invitations

Things You'll Need

• Paper
• Cinnamon Sticks
• Glue
• Ribbon
• Box or tube mailer

Instructions

1. When formatting the invitation on your computer, make sure to create two-inch margins at the top and bottom of the page. Write invitation details, and print your invitation.

2. Use glue to attach the cinnamon sticks to the top and bottom of the paper. Glue the sticks on the same side as the wording. Let dry completely.

3. Roll up invitation by rolling both cinnamon sticks toward the center until they meet.

4. Tie a ribbon around the middle of the scroll.

5. To mail, place in a rectangular box or tube in a size that meets postal standards.

Tips & Warnings

• Use dowel rods and decorative ends in lieu of the cinnamon sticks if you don't like the scent.

• Print invitations on parchment paper for an authentic scroll look and feel.
