How to Make a Toilet Paper Roll Bunny

Toilet paper crafts can be a good way to enjoy a craft as a family without the worries of injuries like cuts or pricked fingers that come with other crafts. It is especially fun for children during the Easter season, when they are bunny fans, or even at school or summer camp.

Things You'll Need

  • Toilet paper tube
  • White construction paper
  • Pink construction paper
  • Glue
  • Marker
  • Scissors
  • Wiggle eyes
  • Cotton balls

    • 1

Roll the toilet paper roll around some white construction paper to size it and cut away the excess paper. Glue the white paper to the toilet paper roll.

    • 2

Draw ears, feet and front paws in white construction paper. Ears should be slightly stretched oval shapes; the feet should start as a rectangle that flares out to the side in a half circle on one side and the front paws are slightly smaller stretched ovals than the ears. Cut out the pieces.

    • 3

Draw the inner ear in a smaller version of the ear on the pink construction paper. Cut this out.

    • 4

Glue the pieces to the bunny, putting the feet at the bottom, the front paws on the sides like arms and the ears at the top with the pink inner ear attached to the white outer ear.

    • 5

Draw the nose and mouth of the bunny with a marker. The nose should be a downward facing triangle.

    • 6

Glue wiggle eyes above the nose.

    • 7

Glue the cotton ball to the back to form a fuzzy tail. Allow the whole project to dry.
