How to Flush Up Toilets
The flush mechanism for standard toilets has been ingrained in our minds, so flush up toilets can get a little confusing. Flush up toilets use a pump system to discharge waste through a pipe. When you flush, waste is dropped into a macerator behind the toilet. The macerator grinds waste down to small particle size, then allows the pump to discharge all the waste. Most flush up toilets use an electrical activating flushing system to trigger the macerator and pump. The bowl is filled and the sides are washed after a flush. Does this Spark an idea?
