      Download the Sixaxis_PS3_Win32_Driver_For_PC.rar file from the link under References. Right click the Sixaxis_PS3_Win32_Driver_For_PC.rar file and select "Extract."

      Run the file called libusb_win32_filter_bin_0.1.10.1.exe. Then run ps3sixaxis_en.exe once. A small, black, pop-up window should appear.

      Connect the PS3 controller to the PC with the USB cable. Run ps3sixaxis_en.exe a second time.

      Open the "Control Panel" folder on your PC. Open the "Game Controllers" folder. The PS3 controller should be listed. Press the "Home" button on the PS3 controller to begin using it on your PC.
