Wind the crown on the right-hand side of the watch clockwise until it clicks and pops open.

Turn the crown in a clockwise motion approximately 30 times to engage the gears.

Pull the crown out fully until you hear a click. Turn the crown clockwise until the correct time is reached.

Gently push the crown back in to the side of the watch until you hear one click. The crown will still be pulled out from the side of the watch.

Wind the crown clockwise another 20 turns to fully set the watch. Push the crown back in until flush against the side of the watch.

First instruction is incorrect; you turn the crown COUNTERclockwise to unscrew it until it pops out. You also need to turn time past 12 before you set the time so you'll know if it's AM or PM (date changes at 12 AM), otherwise your date might change at noon instead of midnight...lastly it's best to NOT to set the date when time is between 8 PM and 2 AM as this can adversely affect the date change mechanism. So basically steps are: 1. same as your 1, except turn crown counterclockwise to unscrew it;. 2. same as yours;. 3. change to "set time by pulling crown all the way out and turning clockwise. need to determine whether watch is set to "AM" or "PM", which you do by first noting the date on the watch, then turning crown clockwise until watch passes 12:00. If the date changes just past 12:00 (between 12:00 and 12:05), it is not set to 12 midnight; if date does not change just past 12:00 then it's set to noon. Go from there to the present time and set time. Only caveat: if present time is between 8 PM and 2 AM, it's "best" to set th...e date FIRST while outside this range, then set time. Otherwise, date change system can potentially be damaged. 4. same as yours, except caveat from 3. 5. is superfluous, you already wound the watch in step 1., no need to wind it any further.
