How to Pass the Sandbox Level in LEGO Star Wars 2 for the Nintendo DS
Lego Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy for Nintendo DS re-creates in Lego brick form the key characters, scenes and settings of the beloved original "Star Wars" movies: "A New Hope," "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi." The game has a variety of game-play modes, including mission-based play and score attack modes. One of the later unlockable modes is the game's "Sandbox" mode, in which the pressure of goals is removed and players are able to explore the game's world and physics at their leisure. Reaching the level is hard, but passing is deceptively simple.
Instructions

1
Play through all mission levels of Lego Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy.
-
2
Retry each level until you achieve "True Jedi" status. "True Jedi" status is attained by collecting 10,100 of the small "stud" pickups that form the game's currency in that level.
-
-
3
Return to the game's hub level, the "Cantina," and go through the door marked "?". This door will not be unlocked until you have achieved "True Jedi" status on all levels. The door leads to the game's "Sandbox" area.
-
4
Adventure in the "Sandbox" mode to find Lego bricks and collectible pieces that you can put together to build structures, figures and items. The level is open-ended and contains no goals, much like a set of Lego bricks.
-
5
Press "Start" at any time to open the "Quit" menu. Select "Quit" to finish the level and return to the hub world. Because the "Sandbox" level contains no set goals or achievements, the game registers that you passed the stage whether you play for an hour or exit immediately upon arriving.
