Serve food that is easy to digest and will not spoil while outdoors. Try serving fruit and vegetables in addition to more substantial foods like hot dogs and hamburgers. Have several types of drinks available to keep the teens hydrated. Offering a cold dessert like ice cream is a good way to cool the teenagers after they have been in the sun.
