How to Make Cinnamon and Fennel Mouthwash
Cinnamon and fennel mouthwash is a natural, homemade mouthwash that can be made in less than one hour. Combining two essential oils known to be powerful astringents with a fresh, sweet taste, this mouthwash works just as well as any commercially available mouthwash without all of the preservatives and additives found in many mouthwashes. Making your own mouthwash can also save you quite a bit of money over commercial products. Tips & Warnings
Shake gently before each use, as the essential oils tend to settle at the bottom of the bottle.
Avoid mixing or storing any type of mouthwash or skin care products in an aluminum container, as there is serious concern about heavy metals entering the body through the mouth and bloodstream.
