How to Make an Apple Cider Vinegar Treatment for Oily Hair or Oily Skin

This gentle Apple Cider Vinegar rinse treatment is perfect for oily hair or oily skin. This apple cider vinegar treatment works to help restore the skin or hairs natural pH balance, and help to remove excess oil from oily hair or oily skin. I suggest using this treatment once every 2 weeks.

Things You'll Need

• 2 Tablespoons of Apple cider Vinegar
• 1 Tablespoon of Pineapple Juice
• 1 Tablespoon of Apple Juice

Instructions

1. Pour the apple cider vinegar into a small bowl then heat in the microwave on high for 5 seconds.

2. Add in the pineapple juice and apple juice, slowly, while whisking the juices together as you add them with a small whisk or fork.

3. If the mixture is still warm, allow it to reach room temperate before use.

4. To use on hair, pour over damp hair or spray into the hair, then massage into the hair and scalp. Wait 15 minutes then rinse out with cool water.

5. To use on the face, before your morning or nightly skin care regimen, use a cotton ball soaked in the mixure to cleanse the skin with the mixture gently. The rest of the mixture can be stored in the fridge for 1 weeks in either a cosmetics bottle or jar.
