Gather all your jewelry into one location and separate the jewelry you wear regularly from the jewelry that you are saving for special occasions.

      For valuable, rarely worn jewelry, store it in a safer place such as safety deposit box at a bank. You can also store important documents there, helping to justify the storage fee and affording you peace of mind.

      Depending on the amount of jewelry you have, you may want to purchase a jewelry organizer to store your jewelry for easy every day access. Choose from jewelry armoires, jewelry cabinets, jewelry organizer bags and jewelry boxes. If you have more earrings, make sure your jewelry organizer has enough earring holders. If you have a lot of silver, make sure that your jewelry organizer has anti-tarnish lining.
