Step 1
Spray down the walls with water and vinegar, using a spray bottle. Mix it so that it is one part vinegar to two parts water. Or you can purchase wallpaper remover from your local home and garden store.

Step 2
Let the mixture soak on the walls to soften the old wallpaper that you wish to remove. Allow it to soak for about 60 seconds, do not wait to long or it will dry.

Step 3
Try to remove wallpaper by ripping if off in large pieces with your hands. Make sure the pieces of wallpaper are as large as you can keep them. This will save some work later.

Step 4
Score the wallpaper the you wish to remove with a scoring tool. Do not score the walls until you have pulled all of the paper off the wall that you can with your hands. Otherwise you will have many little pieces to try and pick or scrape off the wall.

Step 5
Use a scraper to remove the rest of the wallpaper
