If you have a hole in the body of your car, you can fill it up with Bondo. Today, I will be working on a 1985 Camaro. So let’s get started, just follow the steps below to continue.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Start by mixing your hardener to the resin. Use 12 drops of hardener to 1 ounce of resin.

  2. Step 2

Get your fiberglass. Push the fiberglass into the resin. Make sure you completely soak the fiberglass in resin.

  3. Step 3

While the fiberglass is soaking, brush some resin around the hole in the body of your car.

  4. Step 4

Now put your fiberglass over the hole. Recoat the area with resin after you covered the hole.

  5. Step 5

After the area has completely dried, sand it down to make it smooth and ready for Bondo filler. Apply thin coats of filler over the sanded area.

  6. Step 6

Sand the filler after it has completely dried, now all you have to do is paint over it and you are done.
