An anniversary memory book can be a special project for a couple to have to remember those cherished memories of the years of their marriage. The anniversary memory book can take several weeks to create. A wife could gather supplies and make a book for her husband. A family member may decide to make a memory book to present to a couple at an anniversary party.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Paper
  • Album or book
  • Photos
  • Archival pen
  • Journaling blocks
  1. Step 1

Search for one to two photos for each year of the marriage and a wedding photo.

  2. Step 2

Decide on the format that the anniversary book will be in. You can choose from a blank journal book, scrapbook album or computer-generated book.

  3. Step 3

Plan each page and write out notes for the materials you need to include. Create a page for each year starting with a wedding day page, and write about memorable moments of the year. Sketch a mockup for each page. Write out the year, add the area where memories will be written in a journaling block or space, and include photo spaces.

  4. Step 4

Construct the actual pages according to your mockup layouts. If using a scrapbook format, adhere the components to scrapbooking paper with archival materials. You can place matted photos and one-dimensional embellishments in to a bound journal with archival adhesives. There are computer-generated books that you can create online and order from a website.

  5. Step 5

Incorporate a small blank area into a page. Present the book to the spouse or couple with an archival ink pen. The blank space will allow the person to journal his own special memories of the years that are being celebrated.

Tips & Warnings
