   Obtain 2 Q-tips and 2 elastic rubber bands

   The first step in making your toothpaste squeezer is to obtain two cotton Q-tips and two small rubber bands or elastics. Make sure that the Q-tips are sturdy and brand new. The rubber bands shouldn't be too long either.

   Next, take the two Q-tips, one on the front and the other on the back, and put them together onto the bottom portion of your toothpaste tube and wrap them together by using your two rubber bands on both sides.

3. Finally, you have made your homemade toothpaste squeezer. Simply start from the bottom and work your way up of the toothpaste to push up all of the extra toothpaste that is left unused.
