    • Door assembly and hardware
    • Two one-eared 1-1/4-inch wall brackets
    • Sixteen theft-resistant C/P #14 by 2-1/2-inch SMS
    • Twelve plastic shields
    • Fourteen theft-resistant C/P #14 by 5/8-inch SMS (balance for fastening pilaster panel)
    • Two Alcove "L" bracket - Zamak
    • Two one ear 1-inch wall brackets
    • Two headrail "F" brackets - aluminum
    1. Installation Instructions

      • 1

        A commercial bathroom stall door hinge assembly consists of separate (pie-assembled) upper and lower portions that are inserted into the door at the factory.
        Drill top hole for top hinge at 13-1/4-inch from the top of pilaster using a 1/4 drill bit. Drill bottom hole for top hinge 1-1/2-inch below top hole. The top hole for the bottom hinge is 68 inches from the top of pilaster. Drill the bottom hole for bottom hinge 1½-inch from the top hole.

        Top hinge assemby

        Secure upper door hinge (with bushing lip upward) to pilaster with two through bolts and barrel nuts.

        Bottom hinge assembly

        Secure lower door pilaster hinge to pilaster with the two through bolts.

        Insert nylon bushing into the bottom of the top hinge.

        Set door on bottom hinge and depress slightly until top hinge lines up with cutout. Align pin hole in top of door with hole in top of hinge and insert hinge pin. Tap lightly until set.

        Insert 3/8-inch by 1-inch cap bolt through bottom hinge and thread into door until it begins to grab threads. Hold door at desired degree and tap bolt head gently. Door should hold at desired degree, tighten bolt with wrench until tight.

        Standard handle

        Insert inside portion of latch (knob), aligning the tooth with the cutout in slide bolt. Align tooth on outside escutcheon plate with the large hole at bottom of inside knob and compress together.

        Door stop installation

        Install door stop and keeper to accept latch pin.

        Install coat hook.
