How to Draw a Camel Face

Drawing can be difficult if you're not naturally inclined. To simplify the process, take it step by step. Drawing a camel face is easy when you break it down and follow a few simple instructions.

Things You'll Need

• Pencil
• Eraser
• Black marker

Instructions

1. 

   Draw simple shapes to get a feel for what your camel will look like. Use circle shapes for the face, and two lines for the neck. Use pencil, and draw lightly. You will be erasing lines later.

2. 

   Flesh out your camel face. Add the ears, and play around with the neck and snout. Continue to draw lightly in pencil.

3. 

   Erase excess lines until you have the outline of a camel. Add in the camel's features.

4. 

   Complete the camel's features and erase excess lines. Trace your drawing with a black marker.

5. 

   Color in the camel to complete your picture.

Tips & Warnings

• Always start with pencil, and always draw lightly. It will make erasing your lines much easier. Don't get hung up on any one step. You can always change things later.
