Instructions

    • 1

Place a hot towel over your face or the part of the body you are about to shave. The warmth from the towel opens your pores and softens the hair. Leave the towel on for a few minutes.

    • 2

Apply shaving cream to your face or body. Razor blades don't work as hard if you use shaving cream while shaving.

    • 3

Rinse the shaving cream and hair stubble from the blades in hot water after every one or two strokes. Using hot water heats the blades and makes shaving easier. Rinse the front and back of the razor.

    • 4

Dry the razor with a dry towel. Rinse the blades in a cup of rubbing alcohol to sterilize. It also evaporates quickly, which prevents the blades from breaking down due to excess moisture.

    • 5

Store the razor in a dry place. Excess moisture corrodes blades, causing the metal to breakdown and become dull.

Tips & Warnings

  • Avoid using a lot of shaving cream if you spread the cream using a brush.
