Things You'll Need:
- For each pacifier you will need:
- 1 jelly bean
- 2 mint lifesavers
- icing
- ribbon

Step 1
Hosts should fill one side of the lifesaver with icing. Place the other lifesaver in the icing and make a T shape.

Let this first part dry and then fill the other side of the lifesaver with icing. Place a jellybean in the center of the icing. This part should be allowed to dry overnight.

Cut a piece of ribbon that will be long enough to be a necklace, and attach it through the last open lifesaver hole.

One of the best types of icing to use is royal icing because it is strong but this is a suggestion. To make royal icing take an egg white and mix it with 2/3 cup of powdered sugar.

After mixing put the bowl in the microwave and heat for 60 seconds.

Add about another 1 and 1/3 cup of sugar and blend together. It may be necessary to add more sugar or water to get the needed texture.
