Installation is straightforward and easy to do following the proper steps. Be sure to adhere to all safety warnings before attempting any work on the electrical system of your home.
Things You'll Need
- Flat and Phillips screwdriver
- Wire cutter and stripper
Turn off the main electricity to the house.
Strip back 1/2 inch of wire on the black and white wire that is coming out of the conduit box for installation of your porcelain light.
Screw on the white and black wires to the appropriate screws (the screws should be labeled). Do not screw too tight or the porcelain will crack.
