How to Clean Le Creuset Cookware

The Le Creuset company offers several types of high-quality cookware, such as enameled cast iron, stainless steel and hard-anodized aluminum. Though each type of cookware has its own uses, the cleaning methods are similar for each. All cookware types are dishwasher-safe, but LeCreuset recommends hand-washing to keep the cookware in top condition. Prompt, gentle cleaning can prevent stains and reduce the chances of scratches and wear.

Step 4

Remove hard-water stains and other marks from the outside of your stainless steel cookware with a stainless steel cleaner. Apply the cleaner to the pan according to the manufacturer's instructions and polish it to a shine with a soft cloth. If you use the cleaner on the cooking surface, rinse it thoroughly with water and dry it with a towel.
