Empty any food from the cookware and allow it to cool before cleaning.
Wash the cookware with hot, soapy water and a nylon scrubbing pad or sponge. If needed, soak the cookware for 15 to 20 minutes to loosen any tough stains before cleaning.
Rinse the cookware and dry it thoroughly with a towel. Do not leave moisture on handles or crevices in bakewear, which can become discolored if left wet.
Remove hard-water stains and other marks from the outside of your stainless steel cookware with a stainless steel cleaner. Apply the cleaner to the pan according to the manufacturer's instructions and polish it to a shine with a soft cloth. If you use the cleaner on the cooking surface, rinse it thoroughly with water and dry it with a towel.
