Step 1
Review websites that offer online systems to create memory book pages. Evaluate for ease of use, pricing and the variety of templates available. Determine if promised production and shipping timelines meet your needs. Pick one photo memory book provider and sign up for an account.

Choose a theme for the memory book.Choose the theme for your memory book from the page templates provided. Click "Select" to open up a template that will allow you to add photos and write captions.

Click on the "Browse" button next to the space that says "Upload a photograph." Navigate to the file where your digital photos are stored and click on the name of the picture you to want to use. Double-check that the name has a JPG, BMP, PNG or GIF extension. Click the "Upload" button and wait while your photograph is inserted into the memory book template.

Step 4
Click on the box that says "Add text" or a similar phrase depending on the memory book program you are using. Type in the words that describe your photo. Click on the box that says "Choose Font" and select the typeface for the text. Review the look of your finished page and click "Change" to correct any misspellings or to write any additional text. Click "Accept" when you are completely done with the page. Continue the same procedure through each page of the memory book.

Select a cover for the memory book.Select a cover for your memory book. Verify that you have chosen the material, color and dimensions you really want. Use the "Change" button to select a different material, color or dimensions. Click "Accept" when all your selections are complete.

Step 6
Complete the order information by filling in your name, shipping address, a contact phone number and your credit card information. Review that all information is complete and then press "Order Now." Print out a copy of the receipt and save so that you have reference numbers in case you need to contact the memory book supplier later.
