Step 2
Chalkboard Paint in the PlayroomChalkboard Paint in a Kids Playroom is perfect for sparking children's imagination! This is the one time when it's okay to write on the walls!
-
Step 3
Chalkboard paint fun during a presidential debateHere are a some wood plaques that I bought at a garage sale. They had pictures of fruit on them. I repurposed them with chalkboard paint and now they are fun plaques for writing pithy messages on!

Step 4
Chalkboard paint is great on furniture, tooHere is my favorite chalkboard paint project. It is a Gossip Bench that I purchased at a garage sale. When I bought it, it was in pretty sorry shape...you can read all about it's transformation at the link listed below. We write fun things on it like, "Happy Birthday!" and, "Merry Christmas!"
It's just too much fun to decorate with chalkboard paint, give it a try!

on 3/29/2009 I never thought of painting over something with chalkboard paint - that's a great idea. Thanks for sharing, I'm going to be on the lookout for stuff to use in the kids' room.
