  1. Peppermint Tooth Soap

      Measure the following ingredients:
      1. 4 tsp. of glycerin
      2. 10 to 20 drops of peppermint flavoring
      3. 1 drop of food coloring, your choice
      4. ½ cup of baking power
      5. 3 to 4 tbsp. of salt

      Combine the baking powder and salt first, then add other ingredients to create a paste consistency.

      Store the finished tooth soap in an air tight container and this recipe may easily last for months.

    Low-sodium Tooth Soap Recipe

      Measure and mix the following ingredients:
      1. 1 teaspoon of baking soda
      2. 1 teaspoon of table salt (table salt is different than iodized salt)
      3. 1 teaspoon of dried sage

      Combine the three ingredients together in a small bowl, until a paste forms.

      Add some to moistened toothbrush bristles and begin brushing as you normally would.

    Flavorful Tooth Soap Recipe

      2. 5 tablespoons of coconut oil
      3. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
      4. 10 -- 12 drops of orange oil
      5. 10 -- 12 drops of peppermint oil

      Blend the ingredients together thoroughly. If the consistency is thicker than desired, more olive oil or water can be added until it reaches a pourable texture.
