Origami--an ancient Japanese art--uses paper folds, preferably without the use of gluing or cutting the paper, to create a likeness of an object. Here's how to make an origami scorpian.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Square sheet of paper
  1. Step 1
     

    Fold the paper in half diagonally.

  2. Step 2
     

    Fold the flaps to the middle.

  3. Step 3
     

    Turn the paper over.

  4. Step 4
     

    Fold the top corners out.

  5. Step 5
     

    Fold in half.

  6. Step 6
     

    Fold the "tail" up and "claws" back.

  7. Step 7
     

    Fold the "tail" in and "claws" forward.

  8. Step 8
     

    Fold the "claws" up and "tail" in, making the tip point downward.
