• Peach schnapps
• Fine sugar
• Glasses
• Blender

Instructions

Puree Peach Bellini Recipe

1. Make peach puree by removing skins and pits from ripe peaches. Cut and blend the peaches in a blender on medium until smooth.

2. Puree fresh or frozen raspberries in a blender or food processor.

3. Pour 2 to 3 Tbsp. of peach puree in the bottom of a wine glass or tall champagne flute.

4. Add several drops of raspberry puree on top of the peaches in the glass.

5. Pour Italian sparkling wine into the glass until nearly full. Garnish with peach slice, if desired.

Champagne Peach Bellini Recipe

1. Open chilled champagne. Dip the rims of the drink glasses in fine sugar.

2. Pour one ounce of peach schnapps in each glass.

3. Pour 7 oz. of champagne into each drink.

4. Garnish with peach slice, serve and enjoy.
