Eat Beef Seasonally

Step 2
Eat Eggs & Poultry Seasonally
Poultry tend to be more plentiful in the summer. Hens lay more eggs in the spring. Spring and summer are the perfect time to eat a seasonal diet of eggs or poultry. -
Step 3
Eat Nuts Seasonally

on 7/14/2008 Nature provides seasonal foods for a reason. When we need water in the summer there are all kinds of melons and fruits for us. When our bodies need to get ready for winter we are provided with all kinds of squash, potatoes and root vegetables that give us fiber and can last in storage. Great article!
