Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Wear a loose shirt. You will need easy access to your armpit and a lot of flexibility. You are either going to want to put your hand through your shirt sleeve if you are wearing short sleeves, or up the bottom of your shirt if you have long sleeves on. Either way, you need room to work.
Step2
Lick the palm of one of your hands. A little moisture makes the sound deeper and wetter and ultimately more annoying. Just give your hand a quick shot. There's no need to water it down with lots of saliva.
Step3
Slip your hand through your shirt in whatever manner you please. Lift your other arm like a chicken wing and cup your palm against the armpit. The thick part of your palm should be right in the divot created by lifting your arm.
Step4
Hold the armpit loosely. You do not want to grab it too tightly because you will not be able to make a sound. You want to create a pocket of air between your palm and your pit. When you swing your arm down, this air will have to escape, which is what makes the sound you want.
Step5
Flap your arm down so your elbow touches your ribs. This should produce the noise. If it does not, experiment with different palm placements until it happens.
