How to Crochet a 4th of July Coaster

Follow my easy pattern to crochet this 4th of July coaster!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• Small amounts worsted weight yarn in red, white and blue
• Size H crochet hook

1. 4th of July Coaster Size : 3 1/2" in diameter
   Gauge: 2 rnds of dc=1"
   
   Rnd 1: With red, make ring (or ch 4, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring. I prefer the "magic ring" method), ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join w sl st in top of ch 3, pull ring closed, fasten off (12 dc).
2. Rnd 2: Join white with sl st in 1st dc of Rnd 1, ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before, fasten off (24 dc).
3. Join blue with sl st in 1st dc of Rnd 2, ch 3, 2 dc in next dc, *dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from *around, join as before, fasten off (36 dc).
4. Weave in ends. Enjoy!
