Instructions

    • 1

Measure the approximate size of the grill you want to create, and carefully cut out a piece of foil about twice that size.

    • 2

Fold over all of the edges of the foil to avoid injuring the inside of your mouth on the sharp metal edges.

    • 3

Fold the piece of foil over so that the grill will cover the front of your teeth but also have a layer behind your teeth to help it stay on.

    • 4

Fit the foil to your mouth. Smooth the foil down on the surface of your teeth to show the contours of your teeth. Keep the grill in place by gently curving the foil inward between the teeth at its edges. If you want to shape the grill to match the line where your teeth meet the gums, bend the foil instead of cutting it.

Affix small jewels or other items to accessorize your grill. You can spell your name or your initials, or try to replicate the famous grill of a celebrity you want to impersonate. Use washable, non-toxic glue.

Tips & Warnings

  • Take out your grill before you eat to avoid damaging your grill or your mouth. Do not leave a foil grill in your mouth for an extended period of time, and never use glue or other adhesive to fix the grill to your teeth.
