Make a Baby Keepsake Bracelet

A baby keepsake bracelet is a personal gift that a baby's parent and child can treasure for their whole life. You can create this special keepsake jewelry by personalizing it with the baby's name and birthstone colors. It can be used for the baby to wear, or to keep it in a see through box to cherish for years to come.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Letter beads
  • Stretch cord
  • Swarvoski crystals (color of the birthstone)
  • Spacers of your choice
  1. Step 1

Ask the new parents to be what they plan on naming their newborn baby.

  2. Step 2

Find out the month that the baby is expected to be born. Research the birthstone colors to add to the bracelet.

  3. Step 3

Purchase some letter beads that will spell out the baby's name and swarvosi crystals that will be the color of the baby's birthstone. Buy some stretch or elastic cord to string the beads on. Some great stringing material to purchase is called Stretch Magic. Also, get some spacer beads to put in between the letter beads and swarvoski crystals.

  4. Step 4

String the letter beads onto the cord so that they spell out the baby's name. Place silver spacers in between the letter beads. Then put the swarvoski crystals on both sides of the bracelets. Add in the spacer beads in way that you would like to make it personal.

  5. Step 5

Tie the cord together once all of the beads have been strung together. Make the bracelet the length of the baby's wrist. Place the bracelet in a see through glass or plastic case to give to the parents as a gift. It can be a gift that they and the baby can treasure for a lifetime.
