Unless it's a hot day and everyone is running around in bathing suits, people do not appreciate water bombs. However, that's when they can be the most fun--when they are least expected. Learn to make a water bomb to soak the next sucker who passes you by. Water bombs also make a great revenge device for anyone who has been harassing you.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Make an origami paper water bomb with a piece of paper folded in half diagonally with paper that forms a square when folded. Fold the bottom right corner over the bottom left corner to make a triangular three-dimensional shape. Keep folding on the crease until you have a diamond shape to hold the water.

  2. Step 2

Wrap about 1 tsp. of baking soda in a paper towel and place it in a leak-proof, quart-size reclosable plastic zipper bag. Fill the bag halfway with water and a few drops of vinegar. Seal the baggie as you see the inside begin to fizz and pop. If you use a strong baggie, it should not burst as it flies through the air and will sound like a popping bomb.

  3. Step 3

Stretch a small balloon several times to prime it for filling. Wrap the end of the balloon around a water tap or end of a hose. Slowly turn on the water so as not to shoot the balloon off the spigot. Fill the balloon and carefully remove it from the water source. Stretch the end of the water bomb and tie it off using your finger to hold the ends together.

  4. Step 4

Drop the water bombs from a high perch or make a sling. Cheaper balloons work best for water bombs because the whole idea is to make them burst on impact. A good heavy rubber balloon may bounce around too much, giving your victims notice that you are bombing them.
