    Instructions

      • 1

Hit the gym. Rob Van Dam is very buff and sports large muscles, especially his biceps and triceps. If your arms aren't up to scratch, you can purchase fake "muscles" at costume shops. For extra points, don't shave your armpits; most photos of Rob Van Dam with his arms raised feature prolific underarm hair.

Wear a tight sleeveless shirt, also known as a "wife beater." Rob wears muscle tees whether inside or outside of the ring. His ring outfits are one-piece, tight, spandex sleeveless wresting uniforms that usually feature the Chinese yin-yang. If you can't find such a costume, get a white Fruit of the Loom top, take a black magic marker and draw you own yin-yang. Add tight shorts, wrestling shoes, fingerless black gloves and black kneepads to complete the outfit.

Visit the tanning bed. Rob, like most wrestlers, has a dark complexion-the natural origin of which is dubious.

      • 4

Sport dark oval sunglasses, both indoors and outside. Fans rarely see Rob without his shades.

Grow a long mullet. Rob sports a long, curly mullet hairstyle that reaches below his shoulders. He often pulls his hair back into a ponytail. If you have short hair, get a mullet wig from a costume shop.
