Break dancing revolutions is a cool move to do on the dance floor. It adds style to your moves, and above all, looks darned cool. If you can do a hand stand, and have a good sense of balance and strength in your arms, then you can do break dancing revolutions.

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Dance in time to the music, getting a feel for the rhythms and prepare yourself to do a headstand.

  2. Step 2

Do a headstand, working on keeping your balance by bending your legs if you need to.

  3. Step 3

Start turning around in a circle while standing on your hands, using your legs to keep you upright.

  4. Step 4

Mix up the break dance revolutions with other moves: leap to your feet, stand on one hand and go back to break dancing revolutions.

  5. Step 5

Take your time learning the move, because break dancing revolutions is a bit tricky since you're actively moving around.

  6. Step 6

Work on beginning the break dance revolutions in new ways. You don't have to begin with two hands for this move. You can start with one hand and hold yourself up as much as possible before you have to put your other hand down.

  7. Step 7

Practice your recovery if you fall when doing break dance revolutions. If you do fall down, work on moves to do right after the fall so it looks likes it's part of the break dance revolutions. You could curl up in a ball then suddenly spring to your feet, turn it into a low spin, or whatever you can manage.
