Great easy recipe for brandy butternut squash.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Brandy
  • Butter or margarine
  • Cubed butternut squash
  • Baking dish
  1. Step 1

    Cook your cubed butternut squash in boiling water until fork tender.

  2. Step 2

    Drain the water and add butter or margarine.

  3. Step 3

    Mash the butternut squash. Add a splash of brandy.

  4. Step 4

    Place the butternut squash in a baking dish. Bake in an oven for 350 degrees until lightly golden brown or about 45 minutes. Enjoy!
