Before you prepare for your game tables, it is important to familiarize your self with the rules of Bunco (see Resources below). The game of Bunco requires at least 12 players, as well as tally score cards, a bell, dice and two stuffed animals or fuzzy dice.

Assemble tables of 4 in competing teams of 2. At each table, you must place 3 dice, a Bunco Table Tally score sheet and pencils for each player as they keep their scores. Place a table placard (Low, Middle, High) on each table, along with the four sequentially numbered seating placards, in front of each chair. A bell should be placed on the HIGH table and a fuzzy die (or a small stuffed animal) should be placed on the LOW table. Before your players arrive for a night of fun, you can organize 12 Bunco score cards by writing on the back of them as follows: four labeled HIGH table numbered 1 through 4, four labeled MIDDLE table numbered 1 through 4 and four labeled LOW table numbered 1 through 4. These prepared score cards are drawn by players as they arrive at your party. Once everyone is sat at their tables, you can determine partners by assigning people with who are sitting across from each other. Now that your game tables are ready, let the fun begin.

If you are looking for a meal, potlucks are also a fun and sensible way to serve your guests. Don't forget the decaffeinated coffee. Coffee and dessert make a nice touch for the end of the party.
