Remove an Orange Fake Tan
Remove an Orange Fake Tan

Bathing suit season is in full swing, but in the beginning no one wants to walk on the beach looking pale. In these days everyone wants instant results, and it's no different for tans. So here's what to do when you get a little carried away with the self-taner.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Wash your body off very well with warm water to open up your pores. This will also fade the tan a little bit.

  2. Step 2

Dry off. Rub lemon juice over the entire area, you may also want to add sugar to this to exfoliate the skin.

  3. Step 3

You can also use peroxide instead of lemon juice, but not together. After some experimentation you can decide which one works best for you

  4. Step 4

If you used lemon juice you want to wash it off after about 30 seconds. If you used peroxide just pat enough off with a towel to get rid of the smell, but you want to leave some of it on.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use plenty of lotion to keep your skin moisturized.
  • If you use peroxide make sure at first you have no allergic reaction.
  • You do not need to do this more than once a day, it can irritate your skin.
