3. Dress well for the event. Most choral concerts are semiformal occasions, and casual dress just won't do.

4. Show up at the venue with enough time to park and present your tickets at the box office. Find your seat and settle in before the concert begins.

5. Before the concert begins, think about the samples of choral music you listened to and prepare to be charmed by the power of the human voice.

6. Applaud politely. Save the standing ovation for the end of the performance.
