How to Add Windshield-Washer Fluid
A dirty windshield can block your view and potentially lead to an accident. To keep your windshield clean, make sure your car always has a full supply of windshield-washer fluid.

Open the hood and find the windshield-washer fluid reservoir. Look for a large, clear plastic container that may be labeled with words or a symbol on the cap showing two spurts of water.

Check the fluid level. You can fill this reservoir all the way to the top.

Add windshield-washer fluid using a funnel. Fill the reservoir completely.

Put the cap back on the reservoir.

Tips & Warnings
Buy concentrated windshield- washer fluid. It comes in a small bottle and won't take up as much space in your trunk as premixed.

A better way to avoid stuff on your windshield, is to use Aquapel. It will prevent gunk from sticking to your windshield. Also running your pump dry is not good i think the liquid helps to lube & cool the pump just like in a gas tank. You should never run a gas tank empty either, it will cause mass damage. -

You should try not to hit the button when the reservoir is empty, because that can wear out the pump. Try to check the level frequently. If you do press the button, and nothing comes out, make sure you remember to fill it as soon as you can, and don't hit the button again until you do.
