How to Link a Blog to a Facebook Wall

If you post your blog link on a friend's wall, anyone with access to her profile can see it.

Facebook is a social networking site for sharing several types of communication with friends and family, from private messages to public status updates. Facebook also makes it easy to share content from around the Internet, such as the link to your personal blog. Paste your blog's link on your own profile wall or that of another person. You are only allowed to post on the walls of users who are on your Friend list.

Instructions

1. Go to your blog and right-click on the Web address for your blog, located in the address bar at the top of your browser window. Select "Copy" from the drop-down menu.

2. Go to Facebook and log in. Point your browser to the wall where you want to post your blog link. Your own profile is accessed via the "Profile" link at the top of any Facebook page. Get to a friend's wall by clicking on her name in your Friend list.

3. Click on the "Link" icon in the "Share" toolbar, located just above the profile wall.

4. Put your mouse in the "http://" field and right-click. Choose "Paste" from the right-click menu.

5. Click the gray "Attach" button beneath the link and then the blue "Share" button to post the link to the wall.
