  • 1/3 cup warm water (about 180°F)

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

  • 2 cups ice

  • 2 cups sparkling water

1. Prepare the matcha

In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of ceremonial-grade matcha through a fine mesh sieve. Add 1/3 cup of warm water.

2. Prepare the strawberry-lemon mixture
