Hi, my name is Robert Herdan, owner of West Oaks Tile. Today, we're going to show you how to clean a scratch on your ceramic tile. The tools that we'll need on this job will be a sponge, a bucket of water and the grout that is the same color as the grout in the tile. Okay, you want to put your gloves on so that you can protect your hands against the grout. Grout is cement which is very harsh on your hands so you want to make sure you protect your hands. Then you'll go ahead and just take a little bit of grout and we'll just put it down on top of our scratch and then we'll take our sponge here and you just want to just get a little bit of water on that. You don't want much, that should do it and you're just going to make this into a paste so you want it to not be very liquidy at all. You can see that consistency looks good and then you just scrub on your tile with your fingers. You'll feel kind of a sandy because this is sanded grout which is what you'll want to use and you'll feel kind of a sandy motion as you're scrubbing but your hands will be protected by the gloves. Now after you've done that go ahead and take the sponge and just clean that up, put that in your bucket then take your dry rag and just dry the floor. Okay, I'm Robert Herdan and we've just cleaned the scratch on this tile.
