Hi, welcome. My name is Lisa Mohyla and I am the Founder of Exquisite Events, Event and Wedding Coordination Company where every event is all about you. Thanks for joining us today. I'm going to show you how to make an easy valentine centerpiece. The first things you're going to need is a tree. Yes, a tree for valentines day. Lots of stores have different types of trees; I've chosen a pink feather tree. The next thing you will need are red roses. They don't have to be long stem, just a standard red rose and you'll also need floral picks that hold water. First thing you're going to want to do is cut your roses. The shorter the better on this because they're going to be sticking out from our tree. You can also kind of slide your finger in and open it up, so you can spread out the petals and make it a little bit fuller. You can also use a toothpick, a pencil. Once you get it started, it's going to start to open. Now, our floral picks, you want to fill with water, then place the cap on and slide your rose stem in. There's actually starter from hoops in here that these are connecting to. So, here you are, just a pink feather. Thank you for joining us; Lisa with Exquisite Events.
