I'm Sue Walker, and I'm going to show you a heart healthy meatloaf recipe. You will need a large bowl, measuring spoons, measuring cups, cooking spray and a four and a half by nine-inch loaf pan. The ingredients are one and a half pounds of lean ground turkey breast, one cup of oatmeal, one teaspoon of salt, one eighth teaspoon of pepper, one fourth cup of chopped onion, two egg whites, one fourth cup of fat-free Italian dressing, one fourth cup of ketchup, one fourth cup of ground flax seed and one half cup of water. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the ground turkey, salt, pepper, onion and flax seed together. Then, add the egg whites, Italian dressing, ketchup, water and oatmeal. Mix well. Spray the loaf pan with the cooking spray. Pour the meatloaf mix into the pan and form it into a firm loaf with your hands. Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for one hour. And that's a heart healthy meatloaf recipe.
