I'm Sue Walker, and I'm going to show you how to make meatballs. You will need a large bowl, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a baking pan, cooking spray, a pair of tongs and an oven. The ingredients are one pound of ground beef, one cup of fresh breadcrumbs, one tablespoon of minced onion, one teaspoon of salt, one eighth teaspoon of pepper, one egg slightly beaten and one third cup of milk. Combine the breadcrumbs, onion, salt, pepper and milk in a large bowl. Let it stand for five minutes until the milk is absorb. Stir in the ground beef. Now, form into one and a one half inch balls using your hands. Place the baking rack in the baking pan and spray with the cooking spray. Now, place the meatballs on the rack. Turn the oven onto broil and make sure the oven rack is positioned just above the center of the oven. Put the meatballs in the oven and broil until the tops are brown. Turn the meatballs using the tongs. Continue broiling until the meatballs are cooked through. And that's how to make meatballs.
