Hello, I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you how to make pizza dough without yeast. You will need a mixer with a dough hook, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a two-cup glass measuring cup cooking spray. The ingredients are one teaspoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of sugar, three-fourths cup of warm water, two and one-half cups of All-Purpose Flour, one and one-half tablespoons of olive oil and three-fourths teaspoon of salt. Mix the baking soda and the sugar with your flour and place it in the mixing bowl. Pour the water into the mixing bowl and start mixing on low with the dough hook. Now turn the mixer speed up a little bit and mix in the olive oil. Mix until the dough is smooth and elastic. Transfer the dough to a bowl and cover with a towel. Set it aside and let it rise for about 15 minutes. Now you're ready to roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface. And that is how to make pizza dough without yeast.
